Ingredients:
- 1 kilo pork, cut into cubes
- 1 cup alamang
- 3 - 4 cups of fresh coconut milk
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 medim size ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Hot chili (Japaleno pepper)
- 10 string beans (cut 1 inch long)
Procedure:
- Combined ingredients except chili in string beans in a pan with a medium heat flame.
- Stir continuously
- Let the pork become tender.
- Once the pork in tender enough, put the string beans
- Put chili to have a spicy taste
